Thanks to our generous donors, After School Art is free to children ages 7-13 and meets Wednesdays from 3:45-5:15pm.
Class capacity is 12 children. Register by calling our gift shop at 231.796.2420. Registration is only accepted for the current week’s class beginning Monday of that week. Please note that if Big Rapids Public Schools close, After School Art is canceled for that day.
We understand that things come up and life happens. If you are unable to make it to class after registering, we ask that you let us know so that we can give the spot to the next child.
November 13
November 13th is World Kindness Day. It is a day to remind us that one small act of kindness has the power to impact someone else’s life. This week’s project is painting kindness shells.
Bre Hult, Instructor
A Big Rapids native and BRHS graduate, Bre attended Adrian College earning degrees in both art and history. Since college, Bre has provided professional childcare and worked as a tour director or tour guide. Bre loves seeing an individual's eyes light up as they experience inspiration or a sense of achievement. The uninhibited creativity and expression of children inspires Bre and brings her joy. She is excited to be returning to After School Art.
